HSQ is involved in producing and supplying mushrooms with three farms based in the US, Korea and Japan. In 2017 they began their venture into the alternate snack industry. By using low temperature vacuum-fried technology the fresh fruit and vegetables are able to be efficiently dehydrated while maintaining most of their key nutrients. HSQ are also involved selling their products to a private label, meaning they are able to produce the product from raw material to the eventual dried snack. HSQ has recently diversified their product selection, with product sampling currently undergoing on cauliflower, okra, peach and many more fruit and vegetables. Currently we have eight different flavours of mushroom crisp, alongside an iconic brand image. The snacks themselves have been granted almost 100% positive feedback, welcomed in Asia and the private label product has entered Costco USA with further success.
